A tiny bit about me.
Born and raised right here in Michigan, I attended Michigan State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Advertising with a specialization in Graphic Design. I worked part-time throughout college in Michigan State University’s Business Intelligence Department. Project management, organization and workplace efficiencies lead to a role as Promotions Coordinator at J&L Marketing in 2015.
As a student and professional employee, time management allowed for me to prioritize academics during the week and traveling to a variety of clients in locations across the U.S on the weekends. Working primarily with automotive brands, marketing and promotions events were managed and executed for over 35 different automotive dealerships to increase customer awareness and drive sales.
Following graduation, I secured a Marketing Internship at home decor and fan graphics company, Fathead. Located in Detroit, Michigan, Fathead shortly offered me a full-time coordinator position, leading email and web marketing programs. Moving on to lead overall digital marketing strategy including email, web and creative marketing, my role developed into the Director of Product and Marketing.
With experience in sports and entertainment, direct-to-consumer marketing, design and eCommerce, as well as a variety of digital marketing knowledge, the Detroit Pistons offered myself a role in their Marketing Operations division of the marketing team, managing creative marketing assets and strategy, digital marketing strategy including SMS, email marketing and paid media.
Upon discovering a need for retail oversight, and with my past retail experience, I proposed a position which sought to implement a variety of strategic tactics that would increase sales, drive brand awareness through innovative product, creative storytelling and key collaborations, and build the retail marketing department at the Detroit Pistons. From there, I adopted the role of Manager, Retail Marketing leading overall eCommerce marketing strategy, creative direction and department needs.
As Marketing and Creative Director at Coyote Promotions, I oversaw creative direction and marketing strategy for a variety of brands within the professional sports and entertainment industries including the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets, LA Kings, Madison Square Garden and Martin Lawrence Brand. In addition to managing a client portfolio, rebranding internal strategy was at the forefront - from website design to client proposals.
With over 10 years of professional marketing and creative experience, I am committed to enhancing the marketing industry, designing innovative creative, driving attributable revenue and increasing team efficiencies.
Put simply… I strive to find ways to do business better and make this world a tiny bit better.
